USP Your Town Audit
The USP Your Town Audit offers a framework to further build on your USP place profile. Developed to provide a common framework to measure and monitor the performance of Scotland’s towns and town centres using a series of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This pan-Scotland framework allows us to draw comparison and make better use of learnings from interventions in comparable places.
The audit allows practitioners to measure performance and inform focussed and effective planning, management and policy decisions. The audit seeks to analyse more than 50 measures across 7 KPI themes:

- Accessibility
- Local Services
- Activity and Events
- Development Capacity
- Tourism and Visitor Profile
- Place and Quality Impression
